I'm Becca Graveling. Prior to becoming a coach, I spent 30 years in corporate and non-profit organisations, where I worked at a senior level in a variety of challenging and rewarding roles. But there was something missing that I didn’t recognise at the time. I needed someone to support and listen to me without judgement, someone I could trust with sharing my true values, feelings, motivations and desires, and with whom I could have dedicated time to work out what was best for me in my life and career. I needed the space to be open and honest, to feel able to be authentic, and to flourish as a result.
It took me a long time and a fair bit of support and reflection to realise what I needed and it wasn't always at all easy. I don't want others to have to wait so long. This is why I trained as a coach - so I can provide for others what is missing for so many of us, and so that I can liberate other women to feel great about themselves, their relationships, their careers and not be overwhelmed by feeling that life is about duty and drudgery.

I live in rural Cambridgeshire with my husband and two teenagers, a sporadically affectionate cat and the memory of five recently-foxed chickens.
When I’m not coaching or busy doing mum-stuff, I enjoy singing and like to be outside as much as possible, gardening, walking or doing yoga. I spend a lot of time running around the pleasingly flat, local countryside, or birding, or both at the same time, ideally!
I truly believe that the power of nature, paired with exercise and fresh air, can significantly help liberate our thought patterns as well as impacting our wellbeing, hence the philosophy of 'Soar and Bloom' coaching.
